Why list on JobTackl

    Customers arrive describing a job they want done. You are not cold-calling or bidding blind on a lead list.

    You decide what you charge within the published booking range. JobTackl does not choose or negotiate your rates.

    Define how far you travel. You are only shown to customers within the area you have chosen to cover.

    Reviews come from customers who booked through JobTackl, so your reputation reflects work you actually did.

Getting set up

  1. Create your profile

    Add your skills, service area, availability and the work you take on.

  2. List your services

    Set out what you offer and how you price it, so enquiries arrive ready.

  3. Be found nearby

    Customers searching your area and category can discover your profile.

  4. Manage jobs in one place

    Handle enquiries, confirm work and build a record of completed jobs.

What we will ask you for

Provider onboarding is being built. When it opens, expect to provide:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The categories and services you offer
  • The area you cover and your general availability
  • How you price your work
  • Identity verification, and relevant checks for your category
  • Payment details, so you can be paid through Stripe

Some roles have extra requirements. An Enhanced DBS check may only be requested where the particular paid role is legally eligible; entering customers’ homes alone does not make a role eligible. The exact rules are set out in the Provider Standards.

What it costs you

  • Joining is free — no listing fee, no subscription
  • No commission is deducted from your earnings at launch
  • Customers pay a 10% booking fee on top of your price

We may add optional paid features later, such as enhanced tiers or featured listings. Any change will be published in advance and never applied retrospectively. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.

How you get paid

  1. 1. Proposed: the customer pays at booking through Stripe.
  2. 2. Proposed: provider access is delayed until the job is complete.
  3. 3. Proposed: customer confirmation starts payment release.
  4. 4. Proposed: if the customer does not respond, the provider can ask JobTackl support to review the booking; silence does not instruct a transfer.

This entire flow remains subject to Stripe confirmation. Release would mean the transfer instruction has been made; Stripe processing and bank settlement mean arrival may be later. Questions about payouts? providers@jobtackl.com
