Reporting something urgent
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 999. For non-emergency police matters, call 101. JobTackl cannot respond in real time and is not a substitute for either.

Press, media and collaborations
Press and media enquiries, business collaborations, and unusual partnership opportunities all go to partnerships@jobtackl.com.
If your enquiry does not sit neatly in any mailbox above, use hello@jobtackl.com and we will pass it to the right person.
Account and booking help
For help with an account, a booking or a payment, the quickest route is from inside the JobTackl app, or email support@jobtackl.com. These mailboxes are monitored, but they are not emergency or 24-hour services.
