Reporting something urgent
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 999. For non-emergency police matters, call 101. JobTackl cannot respond in real time and is not a substitute for either.
To report a safety concern, a problem with a booking or a breach of our guidelines, use Report a Problem, which explains what happens after you do.

Press and media enquiries, business collaborations, and unusual partnership opportunities all go to partnerships@jobtackl.com.

Before launch
JobTackl has not launched yet, so there are no live bookings, payments or provider accounts. Enquiries about using the platform are welcome, but we cannot resolve booking issues that do not exist yet. The fastest way to be told when we open is to join the waitlist.
