Law-enforcement and regulator requests
This route is for authorised official requests. It is not an emergency-reporting or customer-support channel.

Submitting an official request
Send the request from an official organisational address to legal@jobtackl.com. Identify the requesting authority and officer, legal basis, records sought, relevant identifiers, date range, urgency, return contact and any preservation requirement.
How requests are handled
JOBTACKL LTD will authenticate the request, check its scope and legal basis, preserve relevant records where lawfully required and disclose only information it is legally permitted or required to provide. JobTackl may seek clarification or legal advice and will keep an audit record.
Other reports
Customers and providers should use the ordinary support, complaint and safety-reporting routes. Do not email passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
