- Give every provider the same task list
- State frequency, timing, parking and access
- Agree who supplies products and equipment
- Record fragile surfaces, pets, keys and alarm arrangements

Confirm the final scope and price in writing. Put away valuables and confidential material, identify surfaces needing special care and explain any hazard that could affect safe work.
