A person can operate commercially as a sole trader without incorporating a company. Marketplace disclosures must reflect the real activity and evidence, not only the label selected during signup.
Information to prepare
- Legal and trading name
- Address and contact details
- Company or partnership details where applicable
- Tax and seller-reporting information required for the real status
- Identity of each person who may attend a booking
