Providers guide

Offering services as an individual or business

Understand the facts JobTackl plans to collect and why a sole trader is different from a limited company.

The planned choices

  • Individual or sole trader
  • Partnership
  • Limited company
  • Another organisation type supported after review

Individual does not always mean non-trader

A person can operate commercially as a sole trader without incorporating a company. Marketplace disclosures must reflect the real activity and evidence, not only the label selected during signup.

Information to prepare

  • Legal and trading name
  • Address and contact details
  • Company or partnership details where applicable
  • Tax and seller-reporting information required for the real status
  • Identity of each person who may attend a booking

General information only
